I seem to be extremely tired in the evenings. by 5pm, i feel fit for absolutely nothing. really don't feel like doing anything and am struggling to get my tea and land on the sofa. then i'm tired and grumpy for the rest of the evening.

i'm trying to work out why as i wasn't particularly tired like this before the diet.

has anyone else felt the same or has any ideas as to why?

i have to say, that i'm really not starving myself. i have 25 points and have them if you follow me.

Don't worry about it. Dieting does funny things to the body - after all you are hoping to burn fat. Added to that post Christmas lows and January 's cold dark weather all explain why you feel fatigued.
    Be strong and keep going.

    Here's today's food:

    breakfast
    1 large bowl rice krispies
    2 weetabix
    2 tsp sugar
1pt skimmed milk (used on b'fast and rest of day)

    lunch (for example)
4 x light laughing cow cheeses
    salad
    cous cous
    shape filling yogurt

    tea
    breaded chicken
lots of mushrooms and courgettes dry fried in garlic
    large portion pasta
    yogurt
    creme egg

which gets me to 24 points.

I don't run round a huge amount at work and haven't been using exercise points.
