I seem to be extremely tired in the evenings. by 5pm, i feel fit for absolutely nothing. really don't feel like doing anything and am struggling to get my tea and land on the sofa. then i'm tired and grumpy for the rest of the evening.
i'm trying to work out why as i wasn't particularly tired like this before the diet.
has anyone else felt the same or has any ideas as to why?
i have to say, that i'm really not starving myself. i have 25 points and have them if you follow me.
