I was the same for first couple of weeks, what helped me was having a small bowl of tinned fruit and Activia pouring yogurt, got me moving next morning :) It works for me x

Fantastic i will increase my water and fruit intake. I am so worried about getting the runs that it never occurred to me i could go the over way! :D

Its cos your not eating lots of fat, so your body is using more of what you eat rather than getting rid of it.
I find having Shreddies for breakfast every day helps. But i can still go a few days before needing to go. But its because i'm putting all the right foods that my body needs into my body.
