I was worried about side effects of having the runs but i have gone the other way and am a bit constipated! I am upping my water intake but wondered is it coincidance?? I am also taking iron tablets too.
I was the same for first couple of weeks, what helped me was having a small bowl of tinned fruit and Activia pouring yogurt, got me moving next morning It works for me x
Its cos your not eating lots of fat, so your body is using more of what you eat rather than getting rid of it.
I find having Shreddies for breakfast every day helps. But i can still go a few days before needing to go. But its because i'm putting all the right foods that my body needs into my body.
