To all the 790 people or CDC's - is this ok??

Thanks!

I had tuna in spring water, salad greens and some pickled cabbage today!! It tasted wonderful but I really had to force myself to eat it - because of having no hunger!

I love Cambridge! Am passing on the information to all my friends - whom have finally noticed that I have lost three dress sizes!!!

Sorry I just had to ask...is tuna allowed on aamw??? I know it is on 790 because I eat it all the time but I didn't think it was on aam.

I could be wrong here because I haven't read my yellow book about aam for ages so I am sure someone will correct me.

Congrats on your weight loss so far though - you are doing brilliantly.:)

tinned tuna in springwater is classed as white fish and i think its 80g allowed on add a meal week :)

Now I'm confused:confused::confused:

If tuna is classed as white fish why is is stated as a separate thing on the 790 page?

You can have white fish, tinned tuna or tuna steak.

I honestly didn't think that tuna was a white fish like cod, haddock or coley.
