since having my planned weekend off on 02/07/11 I have not been on plan at all :-(

i have not had one shake, bar, tetra in over a week.

So i went for my WI and i have lost 4lbs!!!!!! i cannot believe it. :D:D:D:D:D

So i am back on ss/ss+ this week and hope for a few more lbs loss as i would love to be in the 12s when i go on holiday in 3 weeks.

I had what I wanted really. I have tried to stay away from Carbs. But I have had bread and I did have spaghetti. But I think the thing I did was, I only had a tiny amount. My stomach as def shrunk and i don't like feeling full. ( didn't think I would ever say that) lol
I'm going to be good this week. See what happens x

I only got back on it this morning.
I didn't have 3 meals a day. For instance yesterday I had 2 boiled eggs with tin tomatoes and 2 bacon. Then for dinner I had a chicken breast and roasted veg. Saturday I had I slice of brown toast and beans with grated cheese, then for dinner I went to a tapas bar. I was totally off plan!!
Back on it today, just eating my MAM :)
