    Hi guys,I just want some advise.I just join the gym as I have so far lose 50lb and the skin inside my legs is starting to fill quite loose.I just wanted to know have everybody on ss does fill with the exercise,how is the weight lose going and if the fill extremelly tired exercising and having less that 500 cals a day.
    The first day that I did some exercise I felt a bit like pukking at a time and quite tired,saying that the class that I did was advertise as step but,my God,it had more tonning in it and therefore I couldn't go up the stairs at home propelly for about three days.
    It really felt good after the initial pain and even that I went on to a Zumba class the next day.I have to say that I laved it and its so much fun that you dont really realise that you are exercising.
    Please just some info will be more than welcome as I want the weight to fall acording to plan(a stone a months)but I also want to have tone body.I know there is a thread around about surgery after CD going round but I 'm not considering that.No against plastic surgery but soo many things can go wrong,that I'm gonna try my best to do as much as I can sweting.Thnks guys.Really appreciated.:D

    i've exercised all the way through. just take it a bit easier at first to find your limitations. toning is good and it's what you want to tone that skin up as much as you can. i'm left with loads of excess skin on my thighs, arms, bra bulge, boobs and tummy. i have been very big for most of my life. exploding when i started school full time and only just getting back to 'normality' in a sense which i hope is now life long.
