to freeze or not to freeze please help

    :confused: evening everyone i wonder if anyone out there knows if you can freeze a sw quiche? just made one, all fresh ingredients, but, its far too big to eat within a couple of day. any help would be very much appreciated:D

    You can freeze them, it won't kill you;)
    I have done in the past but they tend to be a bit watery when defrosted and eaten. Not really recommended, I have to say. I think its the cottage cheese in it that makes it like that.
    I usually scoff all mine in a couple of days....easily!!!
    Quiche with salad, quiche with beans, quiche with sw chips, quiche with salad, beans and sw chips......quiche for breakfast, quiche for lunch, quiche for dinner!!! lol ;)

    ha ha, thanks for the quick reply sam. yeah, thinking about it, i can probably scoff the lot in a couple of days as well, ok i need 101 things to have with a quiche. can't see that being a problem.. take care xx
