to freeze or not to freeze please help

evening everyone i wonder if anyone out there knows if you can freeze a sw quiche? just made one, all fresh ingredients, but, its far too big to eat within a couple of day. any help would be very much appreciated

You can freeze them, it won't kill you
I have done in the past but they tend to be a bit watery when defrosted and eaten. Not really recommended, I have to say. I think its the cottage cheese in it that makes it like that.
I usually scoff all mine in a couple of days....easily!!!
Quiche with salad, quiche with beans, quiche with sw chips, quiche with salad, beans and sw chips......quiche for breakfast, quiche for lunch, quiche for dinner!!! lol

ha ha, thanks for the quick reply sam. yeah, thinking about it, i can probably scoff the lot in a couple of days as well, ok i need 101 things to have with a quiche. can't see that being a problem.. take care xx
