I mostly do green days
Quorn sausage casserole (using cheshire cheese and leek sausages)
potato salad (new potatoes, red onion, cucumber, maybe a chopped up hard boiled egg, Kraft Italian dressing)
bean salad (whatever beans I have with syn free dressing and rice mixed in)
poached eggs on toast with mushrooms and garlic salt
mixed bean chilli with cheese on top
Quorn cottage pie with loads of vegetables
