To Gym or not to gym

Have been thinking for a long time about joining a gym. Those of you who do go do you think it aids your weightloss?

I want to try and lose more weight than I am and think this might be an option.

The only exercise I do is a 20 minute walk to work each day.

Would love to aim on improving my fitness level and one day soon attend a fitness class!

personally i love going to the gym, when i was loosing weight it helped it alot, i even allowed myself the odd kitkat and treat without being consumed with guilt, and still a loss at the end of the week, i find i feel like i have completed somthing, a weight off my shoulders for the day when i go, just half an hour can burn off 350+ calories and you dont need to think about it much!!

Do it!!!

Exercise is great for you and the gym has so many options on offer from classes to floor based exercises using the weights or cardio machines.

If you stick to plan and get into a regular routine i have no doubt that it will help you along your journey. Plus, the health benefits of being fitter are totally worth it, such as improve circulation, stronger heart, better shape and posture, reduced blood pressure - the list is endless!
