To those who have lost lots of weight!!!...

Morning fellow fat losers :D

I'm only at the beginning of my weight loss but am already worrying about flabby skin afterwards. I have just under 6 stone to lose and am pretty sure that I will have horrible skin under my arms (bad bingo wings). :sigh:
Have any of you guys who have lost lots got any tips or any good exercises that will help me reduce the amount of skin I will have? Well, not ACTUAL skin but loose skin! :8855:
Would muchly appreciate some repliesas I think the earlier I start to tone, the less the weight loss damage will be!!!!!:p
