To weigh or not to weigh.

Hi!

I'm starting exante this week. I lost about 6st with Cambridge a few years ago but I've put a chunk back on over the last year or so. .... too easily done!

But what I can't decide is whether to track my progress with a weigh in every week, or less frequent, or not at all! I guess for me the important thing is how I feel in my clothes etc, and not a number, but maybe this will be good motivation- I'm not sure!

What are people's thoughts on this?

I'd weigh weekly so there's something good to look forward to, and I reckon it'd make you feel more motivated. But I know it's easy to become obsessed with scale readings that way lol
But alternatively you could measure yourself and go by how many inches you're losing?

Yep I thought of that too - good suggestion!

I think it's more than I know what I used to weigh, and I haven't weighed myself in years and im scared to do it! Ha ha! But maybe if it's bad then it'll motivate me more too I suppose!
 
I weigh daily which is just personal choice as it keeps me motivated
