I can confirm its the nicest toad in the hole ive ever had! The points per portion are 3.5 if serving 4. Total points per recipe is stated at 14.
I have worked out the point for my own dish using different sausages by assuming each low fat sausage they mention is 1 point. Therefore the batter/oil would be the remainig 6 points.

Then i added the points for the sausages that i usually buy. Just incase you wanted to use a diffrernt amount depending on how many ur serving, like i did, greedy greedy!

    Toad in the hole

    8 low fat thin sausages
1 tablespoon sunflower or veg oil.
    100g plain flour
    300ml skimmed milk
    1 egg
150g of mushrooms (used a can, fryed in frylight)
    1 tablespoon of chives
    1 tablespoon of rosemary
    mixed herbs
( or just add 2 tablesoons of chives as the recipe says)

    1. grill or fry sausages for 5 min. Preheat oven to 200c.
    2. drizzle the oil over the base of a 20cm non stick tin and heat in the oven while preparing the batter.
3.sift flour into mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. add milk and egg and whisk thourghly to form a smooth batter, Stand for 10 min.
    4. add sausages and mushrooms to heated pan and return to oven for 5 min.
    5. add herbs and seasoning to the batter and stir well. Carefully remove the tin form the oven and pour batter over. Return to oven for 30 min untill well risen and golden.
