today i begin induction proper/questions

hello all i made a freble attempt to begin induction in the middle of last week, did not stick to it properly, this week i begin properly, no cheating at all.could someone pls tell me if
i am allowed full cream in my decaf coffee and if i am, how much,i.e daily allowance?
must my splender be tablet form?

You are allowed cream in your coffee, but I am not sure how much. One of the more experienced Atkin followers should be along shortly to help you on that.

Not sure about the sweetener. Is there a difference between tablet form and loose? Do they contain different ingredients? Again, one of the experienced guys will be able to help you.

Not sure about the sweetener, but as long as you count any carbs in the cream it'll be OK. But remember your aim is to get the majority of your daily 20 carbs is from green leaf veggies.
