After seeing my photo at friend's wedding on Sat, I've decided I have to do something about my weight. I'm 21st 7.5, and 5" 6'. I have a lot weight to loss and looking for supports to help me go through the journey. Today is a new start.

Thank you very much. It is going really well. I'm trying to work out PP of most food so I know what to buy on next shopping trip. Surprisingly, how much food you can eat if you chose the right one. Yesterday, I even managed to have some dark chocolate for 5pp. Happy!
