An 5k and swam 10 lengths as well a weights and. 10 min blast on. Trainer. Ran 5k outside yesterday which was harrrd! Feel good now though - bit achy but good achy!

I tried spinning for the first time yesterday and loved it!

Thinking of rejoining a gym that offers spinning as i'd like to do it a few times a week x
