As it's my 3 rd day so not sure what I'm about to ask is right or but if uve had the pancakes ( used ur oatbran allowance fir today ) am not too sure if u can have the muffins today aswell ( unless I'm just stupid and yr not gonna make em with oatbran )

heyyy quick question, when you have boiled eggs do you just not eat the yolk? i think i made a mistake today (my first day) as i have had 4 eggs with yolks!! x

You can eat the yolk but just cut down on them if you suffer with cholesterol problems as yolk can increase this x

The most recent evidence says this is not the case, the medical world has stepped away from limiting eggs, Dr Dukan needs to catch up
