Hmmm tofu is tricky as it lacks flavour. I like to marinade it in soya sauce, chilli, lime, ginger and garlic for a bit before the good old stir fry. What i would say as well is that it comes in all shapes n sizes so it worth experimenting with brands to find one you like. Personally i like it a bit runny but each to there own! Hope that helps... Normally i would say cover it in seasame oil aswell but not anymore! Xx
