Is it normal to get constipated on Lipotrim? :sick0019: I feel I need to go to the loo but I can't, I am drinking 4 litres of water a day so I feel I am drinking enough water, Is there anything I can do or take to relieve this? :D

Laura, hope you get unplugged soon.

I have a heaped teaspoon of Fibreclear in my shakes and that usually does the trick. If not, try a ducolax, Nic swears by them!

Try to use Fibreclear rather than Fibresure as Fibresure has more calories in it. LT recommend Fibreclear. The chemist who sells you your packs should also sell it. I pay £4.95 for my tub and it lasts about a week/10 days.
