    Hi Sarah!
    Ketchup is still 1 syn per level tbsp on EE so its the same as Green and Original :)

    I found a syn free recipe for tomato ketchup in one of my slimming world magazines. Im not at my house at the moment but when i can back i can post it for you. xx

    here is the recipe
    1 onion
    2 garlic cloves
    2x 400g chopped toms
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp celery salt
    2tsp english mustard
    2tsp ground white pepper
    4 tbsp sweetener
    9fl oz/255ml red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

    Finally chop onion and crush garlic. Place ingrediants into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and cook gently for 40-45mins, stirring occasionally

    Remove from heat, season with salt and allow to cool. Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth and seive into a bowl

    Transfer into sterile bottle, keeps for upto 3 weeks in the fridge

    the reduced sugar and salt ketchup is ½ syn per tbsp. I get it because 1 tbsp doesn't seem to be enough for a portion of chips and I don't want to waste my syns.

    hi the asda squeezy bottle ketchup is 1/2 syn per tablespoon, this is the lowest sysns ketchup i have found and its really nice all the others are 1 syn per tablespoon. hope this helps xxx
