Toning that belly!

    Hey, has anyone ever used the slendertone flex belt? just wanting to see if its any good to tone my lovely saggy post baby belly? lol i am trying to go to the gym but need something that will help as well... thank you!!! x

    No idea as I've never seen/used one (off to Google now) but have you tried planks? They strengthen the stomach muscles.

    perch yourself on your elbows and toes bottom down hold it for a minute ;)

    I was just thinking about this last night!

    I will say the vibro-plate things DO work (I wouldnt solely rely on them though) I use it for my bum too- Ive got a lot of junk in the trunk. I am going to start the 30 day plank AND squat challenge today too.x.

    I managed to do the 20 seconds! A bit shaky though.. So tempted to get the belt as reviews look good and also I am going to the gym at least once a week if I can and going on my wii fit.

    I am SO having a go at this although with my baby belly there is a chance it may reach the floor and provide me with a 'pivot' point.

    I will end up like a seesaw

    That made me chuckle! I'm doing it complete with post pregnancy baby belly too... I'm hoping these help get rid of it!

    I need to do 1 minute today :eek:
