Toning that belly!

Hey, has anyone ever used the slendertone flex belt? just wanting to see if its any good to tone my lovely saggy post baby belly? lol i am trying to go to the gym but need something that will help as well... thank you!!! x
 
No idea as I've never seen/used one (off to Google now) but have you tried planks? They strengthen the stomach muscles.

I'm up to 45 shakey seconds and it is getting difficult but you can feel it doing something!
 
I was just thinking about this last night!

I will say the vibro-plate things DO work (I wouldnt solely rely on them though) I use it for my bum too- Ive got a lot of junk in the trunk. I am going to start the 30 day plank AND squat challenge today too.x.
 
I managed to do the 20 seconds! A bit shaky though.. So tempted to get the belt as reviews look good and also I am going to the gym at least once a week if I can and going on my wii fit.
 
Anyone used a power hoop as well? X

That made me chuckle! I'm doing it complete with post pregnancy baby belly too... I'm hoping these help get rid of it!

I have a weighted hula hoop sat in the corner.It is big so you need a bit of room.I have become lazy and stopped all exercise.I need to get back on it.:)

Is it any good? x
