Too many points?

Hello everybody!

So I've just restarted we pro points! I have a daily allowance of 35 points.problem is I find I'm eating more than I was when I wasn't on a diet so I don't understand how I will lose weight?

In my experience eating more food is the key to successful weight loss. usually you have to eat regulary to speed up your metabolism....and lose weight
 
Thanks Carla, I'm just worried that I'm eating a lot more and by the end of the week I would have put on, don't want anything to demotivate me xx

i used to think the same about Slimming world. but i finally realised i was going far too many hrs without food and therefore putting my body in starvation mode which meant it was holding tight to all the fati waseatkng rather than burning it off..... hth

its about the food u eat not the amount (obviously without stuffing ur face)
