Hi there, i'm new.
I started last Wednesday and although i am weighing myself daily i will be going back next Wednesday to have my 'official weigh in'. I'm wondering if it's possible to have Too much Free Food. I seriously could eat an entire bowl of the Butternut Squash soup from the magazine this month in one sitting!! This is surely not right!....? but encouraged by my leader and reading the books which claim that you can have as much of the free food as you like, is this really the case? I have lost and gained a 1lbs in four days!!
