too much?

I'm following the plan correct and keeping within syns but feel as if eating too much,3 meals a day but big plates and couple healthy snacks. Never felt so full. Hope I lose and not going wrong somewhere,should I be keeping portions small or is it really unlimited? X
 
It really is true! I keep my portions to a reasonable size but I have seen others who's plates are HUGE and they lose so much weight.

As with anything moderation is the key. For example you wouldn't necessarily eat 4 bananas in a day so don't over indulge just because you feel you can. Make your portion as big as you want but NEVER forget 1/3 of your plate has to be speed foods.

Lovely,i hope so...could get used to it. I did it a few years back,lost a stone but not sure I ate quite this much,well time will tell I'll have a big shock if I have a big loss x
