  2. bread - fresh from oven - cut thickly with lots of butter on
  3. cheese, cheese, cheese
  4. ditto chocolate, plain, milk, white, dark, cheap, expensive, 10% cocoa or 80% cocoa
  5. taramaslata - preferably on number 2!
  6. cheesecake
  7. any cake
  8. cous cous
  9. porridge
  10. soft, sticky caramel toffee
Mmmmmmmm the only thing remotely healthy on there is porridge and cous cous!!

Come hijack thread......I was just looking for somewhere to bug KD since her thread be closed.......t'is open for chatness!!!!

I must not look at yummy list.....think about cottage cheese and cucumber.

But Bev....you think once us seasoned dieters get to goal and maintain ala KD, do you think your list will change? might be worth keeping a note of that list!!

shish kebab and salad
meringue (any type - but preferably with fresh clotted cream)
cashew nuts
jacket potato with cheesy beans
vodka (does that count??)
chicken tikka
tarka dhal
garlic bread
I can't even think of ten that I can have...yet lol:p

2 crisps crisps and more crisps
3 fresh bread and thick butter
4 curry
5 chinese
6 shepherds pie with brown sauce
7 roast beef with all the trimmings
8pizza and garlic bread
9 houmuss with doritos or pitta bread
think thats it need to change eating habits as nothing there is healthy
