As a newly qualified Cambridge consultant I have been on a training day today and top tips if you struggle with water are pop a slice of cucumber in !

Keep a bottle of water in the car and when stopped at every set of traffic lights take a drink .
I also do my pelvic floor exercises ! Lol
While watching tv, when adverts come on do some biceps curls etc with tins of beans !
