are any type of wraps useable as a heb????

We had this conversation recently in our group and no they cant be used as a b choice and can be quite high in syns depending which brand you buy x

Yeah, unfortunately not. The best alternative would be a whole pitta bread from asda or co-op. If you really want a wrap the warburtons squarish ones are a reasonable 8 syns and make a good pizza base
