I think in the UK we just count carbs as net carbs anyway . In the us they have much more nutritional info than UK.
I just look at total carbs and use that :)

Yes any EU produce product the fibre has already been taken out, for US products you need to subtract it.

Yes in the UK and other EU regions the fibre carbs have already been subtracted.

If you eat anything containing sugar alcohols (maltitol, sorbitol, etc) you can subtract those from the carb total. But watch out, they can cause awful 'runs' and tummy discomfort. Go easy!
