Anyone doing total solution plus?? There's not much activity on here and I was hoping for some support or someone who is going through it.

Just started on the 11th. Offivially i should lose 8 stone but will be happy with 6. To be honest it has been ok I have had no cravings no headaches feel full. Bowels still working although a funny colour and smell and have dog breath. Will know on Monday how much I have lost.
