Then be good! You can do it. Write it down somewhere (well I suppose you have). Think about revisiting this thread tomorrow knowing you didn't eat chocolate, how good that would feel compared to looking at it tomorrow and knowing you caved! It's only chocolate, it'll still be there when you have the calories for it, and you can eat it and enjoy it wholly! TOTM cravings are a b***h though arent they? Good luck x.
