TOTM question

Hello, I have just weighed myself and have lost nothing this week , Having offical WI tomorrow because of the bank holiday. I know everybody is different but how does it effect you and is the same every month.

Its my TOTM and i feel really bloated and im finding it really hard to even finish my shakes but loving water and tea.

I hoping i'll have a good loss next week.

Hey there, yep TOTM can affect your weigh in as you tend to retain water hence the bloated feeling, I used to sts or sometimes even gain a little but the following week always made up for it!

TOTM can affect your weigh in. I either STS or gain a pound or two, but usually get a good weight loss the following week. Good luck.
