Hi everyone,

Sorry to all the people out there who aren't affected by time of the month troubles :)

I was wondering, when it is your TOTM (or Star Week as my CDC calls it!) do you tend to find that your weight loss is affected?

If so, is it affected in the week before your TOTM starts, or actually on the week that you are on?

I'm asking because I thought I would be affected the week before, but when I look back at my losses it was the following week that was my lowest loss. There were other factors involved in the low loss I suppose, but I'm going for my WI this evening and I'm bracing myself for the worst :(

Boo to the TOTM!!

Hi Nicola. I find that I retain water through the day from my third week onwards until after TOTM. My weight then drops in the first week and again in the second. My recorded weekly losses are relatively consistent though and even out throughout the weeks.

Hope you got ok at weigh in today!

is on a mission......!

My TOTM def 100% affects me - usually have a STS week :mad::mad::mad::mad: most frustrating as I have one coming up soon!

Well, it wasn't too bad I suppose. I lost 2.4lbs which is ok but not the 10lbs that I lost the week before (I know I'm being greedy, but wouldn't everyone like to get to target weight as quickly as possible? ;) )

Boo to the TOTM once again!
