hi yvette,
i am in the same position as you. what I have done recently is try to plan my treats around my cravings so i dont feel deprived. i also keep myself full and busy. i treat myself to other things like mags etc. Mine have been lasting 3-4 wks recently so i have had to talk to myself and convince myself that a good weight loss at the end will be worth all the hard work.
Keep going is the main thing and don't give up even if you have a bad day!

I normally crave carbs when its that totm. So, I throw in a few green days. Pasta stops the cravings as well as more stodgy type foods and bananas.

TOTM!! That's me right now and I must say I do want to eat everything and anything. With WI tomorrow I'm tying desperately to avoid the kitchen!! I do only green days because I only eat chicken but carbs really are craving busters so try out a few more green days and see how it goes. Good luck hun.

When its totm, I make sure I dinks loads of water, before I allow myself to eat otherwise I go mad and eat until I could burst - which is not healthy. I make sure I've got lots of options and have lots of small snacks to keep me satisfied. And then lots of hot baths, new magazines, go get my nails done etc - anything to make me feel human!
