Tracking again after being ill

    Finally tracking properly again after 2 days off plan ill. Even though i was only doing it for just over a week its still tough getting back into it again. Wasnt expecting that. Weighed this morning and ive put on 2 lbs, was expecting this though as i had plenty 'ill' food. Daughters better too now thankfully. A full nights sleep would be appreciated.
