Hi all i was wondering if anyone else tracks their weight loss as much as I do ? I feel I need to to keep me on 'track' I'm quite good I'm not easily swayed and very determined to be on this slimming world journey I've currently lost 2st 10lb since January I got myself a plaque of lbs lost this week, lbs so far and lbs to go but that wasn't enough I write my weekly weigh in on Facebook, and I have a weight loss app on my phone I also update the website and just recently because my weight loss has slowed down dramatically I have a little book that I write my weekly menu and the loss I got that week. Am I alone ? Xxx
