Hi all, I am a new addition to cc site, a transfer from the low carb, So i am going to start on around 1600 cals er day. Stopped doing atkins as i have had a virus (flu) for over 4 weeks and i feel i need more antioxdants in my diet in the form of fruit. Must admit i have a carrot and apple juice this morning for breakfast and boy did it taste good.
