    Do any of u guys have treats after weigh in???????? like a takeaway for tea??? Is this worth it ?????     As for different types of treats (other than food) then yes. My husband has just ordered me a few DVDs of my favourite actors films for losing 3.5 stone :D

    Hehe i thought u people had these great weight losses with a sneeky take away haha, oooooooh think my 1st target of 1 stone loss i will treat myself to a body massage!!!!!!

    Slimming World, Dietchef, Lipotrim - now maintaining (I hope!).
    Are you serious? No point in doing a TFR if you're going to eat anything. It's TOTAL food replacement. If you want to do that you'd be better on a different plan. Best of luck x

    There are loads of ways of treating yourself without food - you'd be knocking yourself out of ketosis after every weigh in if you did that! Also, I think part of the purpose of LT is to try to change your mindset regarding food, so seeing it as a treat probably isn't at all helpful!

    The massage sounds like a much better idea :)
