Trial shift in a restaurant...

I might have a new part time job in a restaurant, having a trial run tomorrow... what'll I do if I'm asked to sample food?! Eek, not ideal... really need the money though as I've not been able to get much work in schools since I qualified and parents are sick of lending me money!
