There are a fair few of WW helpers that have been given the plan to trial for a couple weeks so we can help members when it is the launch :)

I was given my plan on 28th October but I was going away after class until 31st October for my birthday and I didnt stick to any plan what so ever in those few days.

But as soon as I got back on 1st November knowing I was expecting a gain, (I was expecting 3lbs gain) and after following the new plan for 4 days I managed to stay the same on Thursday night at weigh in. Im really pleased :D

There were great losses on Thursday with our helpers, 4lbs, 3lbs, 2lbs and 1lb loss and my sts its great.

This week is my first proper week on the plan and I am really finding it interesting and easy, but I must say I am struggling to eat all my propoints no matter my weekly allowance too.

I never used to eat fruit or veg and mainly carbs and fillings but now I eat fruit and veg every day and limit my high carb foods and eat more protein and I feel much better for it

I am really looking forward to getting weighed on Thursday, just before the launch meeting starts and I would really love to have a loss this week to prove it really works :)

The thing about this new plan is that it works better with exercise, so I am doing more walking as I had a dog for my bday, and my wii fit

    I LOVE WW!

Sorry i'm not doing the propoints plan, or any plan anymore but just want to clear something up for others, I've read that you DON'T have to use your weekly allowance? (49pp) As long as you have your daily allowance then it doesn't matter if you don't use up ALL or ANY of your weekly allowance, is this true?

    thanks x

yes you've got it right. You can use 0 weekly points or 49 weekly points or anything in between.

For me, after tonight's Chinese, I'm on 14 weekly propoints used!

Well, the newly published blurb *does* mention saturated fat is taken into account, yet the calculators I have seen so far only ask you to input total fat. So what is the truth of this? Is saturated fat calculated seperately from total fat?
