Tricks to make things taste better?

hiya everyone,

this is my second time around and i remeber last time there were loads of suggestions for different ways of having the shakes but i cant remember any of them. could anyone help me out here? particularly with chicken soup lol

You are not allowed but some people add chilli flakes to the soup. Other than tablet sweetners the only things you can add to the other flavours are coffee in the chocolate and vanilla and peppermint tea to the chocolate.
As previous post says - you are not supposed to use anything but last time round I added chilli, pepper and thyme to my soups - just to try and make them palatable...obviously didn't do too well, as can't even bear thinking of them this time!!

I use coffee in vanilla and choc.
Mint in choc - both as a hot mint choc and a cold iced drink.
I make porridge from half vanilla and half flapjack, mixed with hot water into a paste.

I add pepper to my soup and coffee to the vanilla shake.

Going to my first weigh in tomorrow might not get so many soups and try the strawberry shake, is it any good?

I wasn't overly keen on the strawberry so avoided it for 14 weeks got it last week and i really do like them now! melt 2/3 sweetners add it to the shake some ice yum!

i called the lipotrim helpline and they say you should not add anything to the soups/shakes apart from what is allowed coffee, leaf green tea, and thats it really. up to you if u want to risk it.
Ice is the thing to add! Coffee too both as a hot or cold drink. Advice is not to add anything else but many people do without too much side effects!
