Tricks we all have!!

i dont peel bns at all,,give it a good was chop it up and pop into microwave for a few mins before putting it into the acti fry:D
 
for my milk allowance, i have whole milk, but only about 100ml, but, add water to it, makes it go much further, and, no extra points:D
 
I have a glass of diet lemonade when I crave a snack whilst making dinner. How bad is it that I want food while making food lol.

That's a good one- I try that at the end of the evening too- especially when I don't want to eat any more food but am peckish (greedy)!
 
Peel & freeze bananas in a freezer bag...like the pineapple fingers it is like a lolly. Lasts for ages in front of the telly!
 
I put my bns in the Oven for half an hour and chop into chips and then pop in bags in freezer so they are there when I need. I love bns with paprika on mmmmmmmmmm
