So here is me starting a diary too
nearly finished my second week and still feeling great. All tough today was the first day (after 3 days PP) that I just coudln't go near meat or egg's. I was tucking into loads of broccoli,peppers,cauliflower and salmon with wasabi. YUM!
One question, i read someone mentioned muffins made in a microwave. Does anyone have the recipe for that?
