    So here is me starting a diary too :) nearly finished my second week and still feeling great. All tough today was the first day (after 3 days PP) that I just coudln't go near meat or egg's. I was tucking into loads of broccoli,peppers,cauliflower and salmon with wasabi. YUM!

    One question, i read someone mentioned muffins made in a microwave. Does anyone have the recipe for that?

    As a general rule on PV you should be eating 2/3 protein and 1/3 veg - keep mixing things up for different forms of protein so you don't get bored. there are loads of delicious ideas in the recipes section, especially for PV days (i can personally reccomend the red pepper beef and ginger thyme & chilli chicken!)

    Having a really bad day the past 2 days and then today I HAD to go on a spontaneous lunch with my 2 main bosses (huge deal) and even tho I was suppose to be on PP Ithe only thing I could choose was salad (in oil dressing) and a slice of carvery turkey!

    THe whole day I just wanted to rape the vending machine. I have't felt like this since I started in fact it was all very easy!But the past 2 days...UFF! I think it's cos I am stressed out with the Job at the moment and under so much pressure.

    I also fear that I will not lose the weight fast enough! :( I wanna lose 2 stone by summer time ~July), wanna finally feel better bout myself!

    Come on Girls give me some positive words here....pleeeeeeease...need it!

    Get straight back on track today Tridi... plenty of protein. At your weight, you really can eat quite a bit, so don't go hungry!

    2 stone by summer really is feasible for you :) Are you doing any exercise yet? Even walking?

    And keep glugging the water!
