tried a new coffee

my usuall brand of coffee is tesco gold coffee.... was running low on tuesday as hubby forgot to buy it at the weekend with the shopping.... he remembered the fruit scones & clotted cream for himself though so he was nipping into tesco on his way back from work. due to roadworks he couldnt get there and went cross country so nipped into a co-op and bought me fair trade coffee... just had my first cup and its so nice near enough the taste of an americano yum yum

I always buy fair-trade Nicaraguan coffee beans and grind them myself (Mr CD used to work in Nicaragua!), there's so many lovely things that we have to do without whilst on a strict weight-loss regime I kind of make my coffee into my treat . However, it's useful to have a jar in the cupboard as some guests actually prefer it confused so thanks for the recommendation Ellie.

I buy the Fairtrade Morissons stuff as it's really nice, plus I can drink it guilt free knowing that I'm doing my little bit too!
