So in the last 6 months have u had the odd taste of something? Only reason I ask is yday n day before I had little cheat, nothin major but weightloss stopped andc am out of ketosis how lobg before weight starts to go down again ? X
Puddinpie - try and stop worrying about the weight loss or it will become your sole focus and you will find it difficult if things stay the same for a few days. I was on another thread and Caroline said she loved focusing on being 100% because it was something she could control - whereas the weight loss isn't - Even if you are 100% some weeks will be good losses and some won't - mine have varied from 2lbs to 6 lbs (after the first week)and i'm doing 2-3 lbs a week at the moment but I have done nothing different week on week, just stuck 100% to plan. Try being 100%, control that and the weight will come off - its own way - but with 100% you can't not lose weight - believe in it ;-)
Thank you I felt sorry for my friend who was the one who needs a dress lol. Shes a size 24 and on Cambridge but she drinks and cheats all the time anyway this shop we went in was a proper posh dress shop and only stocked 8-16 size so I got to try them on and she couldn't lol I know I shouldn't laugh but felt so bad lol
