Thought id post on here as it seems apt.
Im always losing weight and putting it back on for sone strange reason. I started a VLCD diet on 7th jan. My weight was 21st6 . First weigh in lost 14lbs .
Hopefully it will keep on going down .

Not the firsr time . But i enjoy it. To stop getting bored i mix it up with Meal replacement shakes so as not to get bored as easy. I need to lose a lot more yet but 21lb in two weeks isnt abad start x
Hi fronnie, I actually weigh daily as i find it helps me keep on track. If I'm down, that gives me the boost I need to keep going. If I'm up, that gives me the kick up the backside to keep on plan. X
Lol - no it certainly isn't for everybody..I never used to weigh myself daily when trying to lose weight before...usually weekly or longer but (obviously) that never worked for me. So this time until I get near target I have been daily weighing and finally its working to keep me on track x
I've got 2st5lbs til I reach my goal of 12st. That'd be just short of 5st loss. So half way there. Not too bad. Adding in some exercise from next week too, so hoping to reach goal by April time as its my 30th on the 12th April. xx
