Hi all. I'm clare. Previously did slimming world successful 1st time round losing 2 n half stone. Tried again and failed miserably. Downloaded my fitness pal..thought I'd give a try calorie counting instead (going to give myself 1 cheat day a week too)! Can be a lot more active now the weather getting better too. So here I go. Going to include food diary...hoping can find some advice on here to help. Thanks.
