Trying again

So I've managed to regain the vast majority of the 4 stone I lost last year, sigh. I have a wedding & christening next month and would really like to shift some fast. I'm returning to exante TS, started this morning and I plan to be 100%. My scales are broken, I need to see if it's a battery thing. I have a month to do this. I'd really like to lose 21lbs and I think if I stick 100% to it then there's no reason why I can't do that especially as I'll have a big water loss this week.

I know mentally it's hard, I'm prepared to put the slog in and get through this first week. I hope there's still a few familiar faces around :wave_cry:

I am also a returning Exante user (sound like a druggy) and am determined to do it this time! I did 6 days last time then made the mistake of going on a birthday weekend to Manchester and did nothing but eat and drink! I said I'd get back on it when I got home but didn't bother. I have had to wait to restart as I've just had my birthday and had loads of nights out and meals planned. For me, I can't have the temptation so I am prepared that I can't socialise for the next few weeks to start. I have ZERO willpower! I admire anyone who can go out and not eat when everyone else is. I'm not bothered about not drinking it's just seeing and smelling food. I can't say no!

Anyway I'm rambling, the point is that you know where you went wrong before and you know what you need to do but it's just staying on track and getting through the hurdles that get in front of you. We are all here to support each other - that's what I like about this website! You feel like eating or drinking, log on and have a moan lol

welcome back, you have tackled the hardest hurdle by deciding to re-start! good luck with your journeyx

Good luck honey xx

Good luck everyone
