Finding it hard to lose any weight this time. I work 12 hour shifts. I get home late..eat late and go to bed. Need a lot if motivation to exercise. With each year it is more difficult to lose.
I work about 12 hours, sometimes more and after work, I go home and change and go straight to the gym...it's about 10PM at that time and I stay like 2 hours. I eat at work and bring my own food. It can be done.
