Hello everyone
I have decided to give this another go
I joined last year and gave in, managed to put the 1 stone back on, then gave up smoking in Oct (I started smoking when I was 15) and have put another stone on!
So, here I am thinking if I can give up smoking I can do anything!!

welcome back. there lots of us restarting so you are in good company. im on a restart from 1/1/09 and actually its ok 2nd time around, once i got my head straight.

Welcome back Trish and congratulations on giving up smoking, that must have been tough but, like you say, if you can do that you can do anything!

Are you back with Mae or have you changed to one of the other chemists in the area that now do LT?
